Discover Your AHA! at Sloan Museum of Discovery
This 107,000 square feet hands-on science and history museum re-opened in 2022 after an extensive expansion and renovation. The new Sloan Museum of Discovery features four primary interactive galleries and a 6,000 square feet special traveling exhibit gallery. The museum is located on the campus of the Flint Cultural Center within walking distance of several entertainment, arts, and educational centers.
Full-Dome Movies, Music & Astronomy Shows at Longway Planetarium
Enjoy a show in our 16m (52.5’) foot dome while relaxing in our reclining seats to get the best view of the stars. The recently renovated Longway Planetariums features a state-of-the-art Digistar 7 system with 4k projection system and 7.1 surround-sound to ensure our audio quality matches the stunning visuals.
