Q: How long will the exhibit be at Sloan Museum?
A: The exhibit opens Saturday, January 21, 2017, and will be on display until Sunday, May 21, 2017.

Q: How much are tickets?
A: Tickets to see Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition are: $14 adults, $12 seniors (60+), $11 youth age 2-11, $10 ASTC, $5 members, free children 1 and under. Veterans/Military Families/Teachers: $7 adults, $6 senior (60+), $6 youth (age 2-11). Veteran ID, Military ID, or Teacher ID must be shown in order to receive these ticket prices. This includes Titanic, the rest of Sloan Museum, and when open, Buick Automotive Gallery.

Q: How do I get tickets?
A: Tickets are available online or in person at Sloan Museum. In order to receive their discount, members must purchase at Sloan Museum or call 810-237-3457.

Q: I’m a member. Do I get in free like past exhibits?
A: No. Everyone who sees Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition must pay admission. We were able to negotiate admission for members to $5 per member. In order to buy tickets and receive your member discount, please call 810-237-3457 or come in person to Sloan Museum. Members are not able to purchase tickets to the exhibit and receive the discount online.

Q: Do I need be a member to attend the exhibit?
A: No, the museum is open to the public. Members and non-members are welcome to see the exhibit.

Q: Do I need to buy tickets before I arrive?
A: Tickets to the exhibition are timed. Advance purchase is recommended. Visitors are welcome to buy tickets upon arrival.

Q: When is the special member event?
A: On January 21, 2017, from 10 a.m.-Noon all time slots are reserved for members only. Beginning at 12:15 p.m. Sloan Museum will be open to the public. In order to buy tickets and receive your member discount, please call 810-237-3457 or come in person to Sloan Museum. Members are not able to purchase tickets to the exhibit and receive the discount online.

Q: What does “Tickets to the exhibition are timed.” mean? 
A: Entry times into Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition happen every 15 minutes from 10:15 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. and allows 70 people per wave. Visitors are welcome to stay in the exhibit as long as they like. Each visitor must choose a time on the day of their visit.

Q: I have a family membership and would like to bring my friends to the exhibit. Can I get tickets for them at the member discount?
A: No. Family Memberships are only valid for the two named adults and all the children under 18 in household, are not transferable, and can not be shared.

Q: I have a birthday party during the Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition at Sloan Museum. Is admission included?
A: Admission to Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition is not included with your party package but can be added on for an additional $7.00 per person.

Q: I’m active Military. Do I get into Titanic for free?
A: No. Active military and their immediate family receive free admission to Sloan Museum. However, to see Titanic, active Military and their immediate family receive discounted rates into the exhibition. Military adult $7, Military senior (60+) $6, and Military child (age 2-11) $6. Please present your Military ID at time of ticket purchase. All purchases must be made in person at Sloan Museum.
